Check Model View Options > Options for Construction Elements > Window Options. Also confirm that both the Wall and Window Floor Plan Display is set to Symbolic. Also check their Renovation Status. If those don't work, post some screen shots, maybe someone can identify the issue.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
