Windows "closing up?"

Hi everyone,
I'm working in AC13 and I'm having trouble with a couple of windows.

The two windows at the ground floor got "filled" for some reason. In theory, they are supposed to be exactly as the two ones above them.

I alreafy fixed the problem by deleting the wall they belong to and recreating the whole thing. Now I just noticed that the problem has happened again.

Does anybody can help me understand what's going on?

Thanks!

Enrico

Just a theory - That may happen if the windows are actually placed in the wall above, but the height is edited to be below the wall (if that makes sense). Can you verify the windows are placed in the ground floor?

What Steve said was the first thing I thought as well but it could also be a duplicate wall you have hidden on a layer that's not always visible which would explain why it looked right at one point but later the problem happened again.

But it looks like they're probably associated with the wall above. Especially if you dragged the upper windows down and merely copied them to make the lower windows. That means they are still associated with the upper wall which is why they're not cutting the lower wall.

If the windows have been placed in the wall above then just select them in 3D and move them a little bit.
They will then re-associate with the ground floor wall.

If they are still blocked then I would suspect a duplicate wall too.
maybe even the upper floor wall extends down to the ground with some extra walls on the ground floor.
