I need to move the beam from center to the center of a colum, but can not find the mid point of the beam which can drag to the center of a colum,
is there any way similar to Revit auto alignment?
Thanks

If you have your 'Snap Points' turned on and set to 'Half', then when you touch an edge of the beam in section you will get a half snap point.
Now you can drag from there to where ever you want.
You could also use the 'Align' tool (Special align - centre note with draw line arc).
But I don't think this is as good as it is not really intended to be used in this situation.
Barry.
