angle niche on walls...how???

i want to do a diamond pattern niche on a wall but i don't know how to go about doing this. i've tried to use the wall extras tool from the window tool box but it doesn't allow me to input an angle.

Try with a niche.

Or, do the diamond pattern object (lay it down as an array of pyramids, save as one object) and subtract it from the wall.
