building fireplace

Not applicable
Hello.
I am currently building a metal fireplace like the one shown in the picture. I have built the rear and the front plates, but I do not know how to deal with the lateral parts. It's a union of 4 points, which would be so easy in SketchUp. It's a plan inclined both vertically and horizontally.
Does anybody have any suggestion?
Thank you.

You could try either the Roof Tool or the Shell Tool for those slanted surfaces.

Thank you for the reply. I tried both, I think the shell is the answer, but I can't make it work this time. In the picture I added a and b have 2 coordinates equal (they correspond in the front view of the fireplace), while c and d have different coordinates altogether. I was thinking I got it wrong from here on...

If I understand this correctly geometrically, then:
Maybe a Ruled Shell would do what you need.
Two Lines would be the two Profiles of the Ruled Shell: one between A and B, and the othere between C and D.
Check the Help file for details about how to create a Ruled Shell.
