building materials cutfills

hi, i would like to know how to create cut fills for concretes like in the attached photo

Hi @pelly , you can chose the element ( wall or column ) and open Building Materials dialogue either from options menu - Element Attributes - Building Materials or from Attributes Toolbar then Duplicate building material from New button and from Structure and appearance panel change two parameters as you wish , Cut Fill Foreground Pen & Cut Fill Background Pen.

I thought there was a hollow core slab tool or object somewhere??

You can use opening tool to achieve this voids in hollow core slab, I hope it can be done.
