License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

change edge angle of shell

Hello everyone. i've just created my first shell, woo hoo! it's a barrel roof, but in changing the shape of the shell using "define shell contour" command, now one edge of my extrusion is plumb, instead of being perpendicular to the shell face. i've played with the tools and tried AC help, but can't find out how to change it. i've attached a pic, i hope this is clear.

The Shell contour is basically a vertical extruded body. The Intersection Solid Element Operation is performed between the Shell body and the defined Shell contour. This gives the shown result.
Try instead to achieve the desired geometry by creating Holes in the Shell. Then you can rotate the Hole body in 3D so that it cuts at the angle you want.
