change surface material of underside of door opening

Is there a way to change the surface or building material of the underside of a door opening? For some reason it is not matching what the rest of the wall is (stucco in this case). Thanks for your help.

Select the Door and go to its Settings Dialog.
In the Model panel, in the Wall Opening Surface filed you have two option: Same as Wall Edge and Same as Wall Side. Try both to see if they give the result you are after.

You could also use the first option (Same as Wall Edge) and select the Wall and override its Edge surface, and the bottom Wall edge at the Door will also be displayed with this Surface (this will of course override all Edge surfaces of the Wall but that may not be a problem in your case).
