deactivating Offset

hello there I'm new user of Archicad 24 ,I have a problem of how to deactivate the offset settings because I'm trying to draw wall or whatever and they are put in position that I don't want.

Is this reference line distance your problem?

Maybe you have snap to grid active?

Or you can find it in VIEW menu > Grid Snap Options.
