different menus with different profiles

V10 comes with 3 standard profiles in the work environment. I am using the layout profile and modifying it. There is a menu item called "Design" that is available in the standard profile, but not in the layout profile. Any way to access it to put it on my custom layout profile. It does not show up in the dialogue box at which point I could add it to to the custom layout profile.
I'm trying to create a custom profile that would contain elements of all three V10 profiles.

The "Standard Profile" is fairly complete and just takes a bit of tweaking to include some underrepresented features (such as a toolbar for the "On-Screen View Options").

The "Visualization" and "Layouting" (strange verb) are intended (I presume) for projects where the builing model(s) and layout set(s) are being kept separate as in the old days of AC/PM 9.

Thanks Ben. I'll have to take a look see. I'm just now setting up a new standard WE for one of my clients. I look forward to stealing your best ideas.
