dimensions dot for center line and diagonal hash line

Does anyone know if there is a way to use both the diagonal hash mark and the dot in a string of dimensions?

The dot should be used for indicating the center line of studs or other elements like post. opening, etc.

the hash mark is normally used to indicate the face or edge.

thanks

I am afraid this is not possible.
The Marker setting affects all Markers in a Dimension chain.

I was afraid that was the case, but had to ask.
Would be nice to have this feature though. Just saying
