error with 3d

hello my program when requesting to generate the 3d project is presenting this black screen error , could someone help me ?

Looks like an OpenGL issue.

Switch your 3D window style to use the 'Vectorial Engine'.

If the model shows up then, you know it is an OpenGL (Hardware engine) issue.

Then either your machine specs are insufficient or you may just need to update video drivers.
