You can import a master from another PLN through the Organizer.

Open the file you want to import the Master into in Archicad. Open your Organizer and set it to Layouts.

On the left column of the Organizer, "browse" the the PLN that has the Master(s) you want. Drag/drop them from the left column to the right column.

You're welcome.

That works for any layouts, by the way, not just masters! Just be aware that is will copy all PenSets in as well, which can be a pain if you have no standardized them.
