finish color and texture

i have been back and forth trying to assign color and finish to the concrete foundation wall and 6" stud wall with cedar siding or color . how do i do that?
i got into element / composite and created a new 6" stud wall but not seeing any settings for surface finishes. i use the wall for foundation and again not seeing the settings for surface finish and color.


it's 2am and if this is not dedication that this is insance to get to basic level!

For composite walls you set the materials in the info box or settings dialog. For the profiled walls you have to do it in the profile editor. The instance settings only affect the ends.
