getting text done in 1:1 scale to work in 1/8"=1'-0&quo

How do I get text that was done in 1:1 scale spaced correctly to a story that has a scale of 1/8" = 1'-0""? I just want to copy and paste, but once I get to the 1/8" scale story and paste the text, it's one big jumbled mess. It was done before you can make different size text in one paragraph so it's 2 lines here and then another 2 lines, and another,...etc...
If only we could choose a bunch of single line text and put them into one paragraph or "piece" of text like you can do in autocad.

Thanks,
Michele

Thanks for the link. It's so much easier than to try to find it on your own. I voted!!

Thanks again.

Can't you just "resize" the text? (using the "Resize" command, not changing the point size). That would let you adjust the text for your current scale, no matter what scale is was originally drawn at.

Tom's right. Uncheck "resize text entities" box. See below.
