gridshell / perforated curvilinear mesh

Hi, can someone please help me. Does anyone know how to make a grid shell structure wrapped in an organic form. I have recently migrated to ArchiCad 15 and I was able to do the substructure of the building using the shell tool. I also tried using solid elements and extrusion for the grid shell but it doesn't maintain the parallel lines of the grid shell since I lined up the 'operator' elements in 2d 'plan and elevation'. So it doesn't work properly since my structure is curvilinear. I have attached a rough 3d of the model.

Thanks in advance

Depending on the details you may be able to cut sections at appropriate places in the shell and make complex profiles to serve as solid operators. The undulations might b*gger up this approach, but if the mullions are strictly radial and circumferential it should work. You might even be able to do it with a single profile.
