Complex profile walls are what you need.
Stack different fills above each other for each different surface and assign a different materail to each fill.
The great thing about using complex profiles is you can recess or extend the panels as they would be in real life - rather than having them all level with each other.
Just be careful where you place the vertical stretch lines as this will affect how the various panel stretch if you need to change the height of the wall.
Only the area between the strtch lines will stretch as you change wall heights.
The areas above and below will remain the same height as in you profile.
So if you want the bottom panel to always be 600mm high regardless of the height of the wall then make sure the stretch lines are above that panel (fill) in the complex profile.
