Complex profile walls are what you need.
Stack different fills above each other for each different surface and assign a different materail to each fill.
The great thing about using complex profiles is you can recess or extend the panels as they would be in real life - rather than having them all level with each other.
Just be careful where you place the vertical stretch lines as this will affect how the various panel stretch if you need to change the height of the wall.
Only the area between the strtch lines will stretch as you change wall heights.
The areas above and below will remain the same height as in you profile.
So if you want the bottom panel to always be 600mm high regardless of the height of the wall then make sure the stretch lines are above that panel (fill) in the complex profile.
There are dozens of posts in these forums about complex profile walls.

…or even better use SEO instead, because if you split your wall into pieces it will become a nightmare to move the openings 😉

You could also use a variant of the trick I talk about here:
http://www.shoegnome.com/2011/06/26/invisible-beams-aka-rookie-mistake-aka-expert-trick/
use beams:
1. layer intersection group of beams layer is same as walls layer
2. beams have a higher priority number than the walls (so the beams cut the walls)
3. make sure the beams are the same thickness and fill as the outer skin of the wall (so that in section you won't see them).
4. don't hind the beams (like I do in the blog post).
This way there's no SEO, no chopped walls, the colors are flush with the rest of the wall, and you can make the beams long (horizontal) or tall (vertical). Should work nice and easy.
