how to make tubular

attached is a frame i made out of simple slab but how do i make it round tube instead of square tube???

Usually in ArchiCAD you can use profiler to achieve something like this.
If I remember correctly it exists in AC7 (the version you are working)

thanks but what is the profiler and how can I access to use it???

Its an add-on found in the goodies folder.
Drag it into the add-ons folder within archicad 7. Then when you open archicad it will be under the Tools menu
