How can I create a txt file or xyz file to enable me extract a landscape photo to a design platform ? (Menu-- design -- place mesh from surveyor data )

I have moved this post to the correct section of the forums and removed the poll as it is not a wish for new features.

You do not create the text (xyz) file.
This is something you get from your surveyor who creates it from measurements taken on site.
The xyz measurements are the co-ordinates of the spot levels measured on site.
The 'Place mesh from surveyor's data' command converts these spot levels into a mesh that you can then use.

It has nothing to do with converting photos into usable meshes.
You have me a bit confused with that one.
