Simply add the folders those missing parts are stored in to the library using the Library Manager dialog. Is it possible that you reformatted your drive and inadvertently discarded the lost objects? Then there could be trouble.
Of course, you've managed your library well, keeping a separate folder [container] for new objects, so this can't happen.
Another strategy Archicad users rely on is the Archive format that saves library parts used with the file so that they will be preserved against library updates or inadvertent discards.

So what is missing is the entire library. Or you simply need to locate it.
If you re-installed Archicad and simply can't find the library, use the Library Manager dialog to search for it - probably in the Graphisoft folder.

The standard ArchiCAD Libraries are in Applications > Graphisoft > ArchiCAD XX > ArchiCAD Library XX. If this is missing, then you may need to reinstall ArchiCAD, the libraries are part of the standard installation.
