mesh gravity tool

i don't have the manual and surprisingly the help doesn't quite provide help other than pointing to where the tools really are. anyways, attached is mesh tool where is the gravity tool so the spot elevations are showing the grade elevations?

my other problem is i can't delete the spot elevations which i have placed on the bottom left corner which are all showing as +0.00. When i clicked on the symbol and hit delete, the whole mesh got deleted as well.

patiently learning!

The Gravity option is on the top tool bar next to "Virtual trace" it looks like a small weight ( giving options of gravitate to mesh , slab or roof) .

the level dimensions are not linked to the mesh so when you are deleting and the mesh is deleted ..then for sure the mesh is selected ... maybe its hard to select it because its at the corner ..many ways to do that .. one is to draw a marquee around it .. select the level dimension tool from the tool box and then ctrl+A ( apple+a for mac) . and delete.

or usually when you have overlapping elements before selecting it just put the mouse over it and click tab it will switch between the elements ..select what you want .

Look in your Help menu for the AC 13 Reference Guide. All legal installations of Archicad include the pdf manual. Generally this is much better than the Archicad Help option in the same Help menu.

Unfortunately GS deem it appropriate to NOT SHOW the Coordinate or Control palettes

Set up your WE to have these 2 palettes to show. See attached.
