I want to do a very simple command
I have a slab in 00 elevation
and I wish to "move+copy" it in 3d view vetically so I
will have the height parameters to insert accurately....
Why it is so difficult to do??

It is easy. When you are moving the slab virtical press the letter Z, D,X, Y, R etc... and a pop up menu will open. use the arrow key to move your cursur to where you want to enter the new dimension, angle, story, etc....

I think Crtl+U is what would work best for what I think you are trying to do.

Choose the Elevate action. Type in the vertical spacing you want and select the vertical displacement option you want. Probably Spread.
Then move your mouse up and it will copy a slab that vertical distance as many times as you like.

also this only works in plan view or 3D, not elevation or section
