Can someone tell me why the cut fills are not showing on my mesh. it was created with "create solid bodies" selected and it's deep enough. i've gone through all the settings and can't figure out why i only see the surface in my sections. i even turned on all layers. i've attached a pic of my settings but i have played with them and it made no change.

Mr Bob

Are other cut elements showing their fills correctly?

i don't know. this seems to be only visible in 3D. i haven't noticed anything in plan. do cut lines matter in this view?

Bob:

I would focus on the Section Tool settings:
1. Is the Vertical Range limited or unlimited?
2. Is the Cut Fill pen a white pen?

I am a bit confused by your reply. What I meant was, in the section where your mesh is not showing its cut fill, are other elements (walls, slabs etc) displaying theirs correctly?

Can you give us a screen shot of the offending section? Is this happening in all sections?

Bob, just in case you didn't find a solution, check that the bottom of your solid mesh is lower than the elevation of the lowest point on the surface. I've lost hair over this...
