does anyone know how to get rid of this green fill on the objects?

Check to see if you have Minimal Space to show.
You will find it under 2D Representation.

Its a dinning table, on the the furniture layout library.

Rod, it worked for other object that had the same green fill, but it wont work for this object nor the couch object.

This must be the minimal space parameter (considering you are using AC 13). You must turn off its visibility in the model view options window, under "Options for GDL objects" tab.
