how can create a perforated stell plate( with round perforations for example)? or even better, where I can find a object like this ?

Of course, we could be talking sandblasted, in that case you'd put roughness to about .8

or hammered, in which case you add some denting.

Got that second sun in there - cold directional light with no shadow....

was this steel or aluminum -- or aluminium..... ?? or painted??
