It probably is something very simple but nevertheless I ask my question here.
In my 3D view most of the objects have red outlines and I don't know how to change these, when I navigate with Orbit or Pan, they disappear but pop back up again when the selection tool is active. Of course this is not really a problem but they also show up in my Sun Studies and Animations and I can't seem to find a way to change this.
The help would be appreciated,
kind regards,
Stefan Vriend.

Stefan,
Open the object's settings and in the Floor Plan and Section Panel>Outlines pulldown, change the uncut line to the color you desire. You can save this as a favorite so that you can create objects with this setting already applied in the future. You can then save the favorites to a template for future projects so that you do not have to change this setting all the time.

If you simply do not want to see the contours ever in 3D, then you can just turn them off in the 3D Window Settings as in the attached screenshot.

Stefan:
For most ArchiCAD Library Objects the 3D pen is controlled by the Parameters > 2D Representation > Pen Color pen, so the 2D pen is used for 3D.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
