Press the Library Manager button and have a look at what libraries you have loaded.
You can add and remove them from there.
If it doesn't look like you have loaded multiple libraries then you might have duplicated the files within a library itself.
The little triangle next to the list of diplicate names can be expanded so you can see the path of the files.
You can clean these up in your operating system.
It could be a case that you have a library container file (.LCF) in an expanded folder of the same library.
You only need the expanded library or the container file - not both.
