does anyone know where the roof surfacer accessory is for archicad 10 - we used this a lot in 9. has it been eliminated or replaced with some other accessory?

Help Menu, then Goodies ... it is an online download. You must install both the plug-in and the accessory library.

Note! Be sure to upgrade to build 1010 first, if you have not done so already. (Help Menu, Check for Updates...)

Anybody still lurking on this topic?

I have added the "accessories" add-on, I am in a current version, I have restarted both program and machine, yet it is NOT available.

I get a message saying it is "not available in the loaded libraries".....but it is there???

Suggestions?

The accessories tools use a library which is part of the Goodies for download.

see the list of required items for upgrading Build 1010 - there's more than one thing to be updated.

Doh! GS......another peripheral issue of AC10's infamous "one step forward, 2 steps back". Why wouldn't that "accessory library" download be bundled with the "accessory" download 1/2 a page above it? Why seperate them?

Thanks, though Aaron, it worked!

why indeed. in fact, why not bundle the whole damn lot with the software in the first place?! their reason was for independent updating for goodies, but so far every AC patch we've had has also updated goodies as well . . .

Careful, don't get me started......there's more (much {expletive} more) from whence that came.

You are right (and off-line for that matter)...I kinda dropped off the map when this forum went from list subscription e-mails to web-based, so I have missed most of the rants, but i am sure they echo mine.

Powder day tomorrow...maybe 10"-12"...no more bitchin'
