Unless your object has a parameter that allows you to adjust the panel positions in the frame then you can't - if you want to keep it as an object.
I would doubt this parameter is there but if you tell us the name of object you are using then someone else that uses it may be able to tell you.
There are 2 other options.
Learn GDL or convert it to a morph and manipulate it (sometimes easier said than done).
