I have placed a structural grid on my drawing using the structural grid tool, is there anyway to show the structural gridlines in the elevation views? or do i need to draw them myself?

Thanks

this is available in the grid element settings window, although i think some of the options are turned off in the work environment settings, as we were missing most options initially.

see screenshot to give you an idea of what is available; note; section/elevation settings options.

Cadaron, the AC10 structural grid seems to have a lot less options than in AC12.

Rohan, with default settings, my sections/elevations automatically show the grid. In fact, I'd like to know if it's possible to turn them off! Other than by layers, that is.

sorry about that, did not spot your profile reference to Archicad 10.

Perhaps it is time to upgrade

In the Grid Element Settings Dialog you define how the Grid Element should look in Section/Elevations, but it is the Grid Tool panel of each Section/Elevation Settings Dialog where you have to enable Grid Elements to be shown in that Section/Elevation.

At the top of the Grid System Settings Dialog you find the big button with which you can switch to Radial Grid System.
