the render and elevation's materials are different

Anybody knows how to solve this issue: the render and elevation's materials are different?

I try to solve it for one day, but cannot find the solution.

(Notice the wall in red should be in the same grey colour as it is shown in model)

please help!

In the Surface Settings, there are different settings for Internal Engine (Elevation) and LightWorks (Rendering). With LightWorks selected, use the "Match with Internal Engine" button to get started.

I changed the title of the post to something relevant. As David says please describe the problem and avoid using "Urgent" on the titles.
