vertical breaks in wall sections

How are people handling wall sections that are too tall for the sheet? Is there a way to "break" them at windows or long areas of similar materials the way we used to in the old days (hand drafting). If not, this is definitely one for my wish list. My search of the archives didn't turn up anything relevant.

TIA

I think the best way will be to:
1. "unlink from model" and edit it manually OR...
2. save section as PMK. Import to Plotmaker. Make copies in the same place. Shrank drawing as necessary.

If you need overlaps use as a drawing frame polygon.

Funny you should ask. I was just setting one up.

In ArchiCAD:
1. Make a detail of the full wall section
2. Place a title with a frame that fits the height of the drawing sheet (adding the amount to be reduced at the cut lines)
3. Place cutline markers (library parts that mask the unwanted areas)
4. Add hotspots at all necessary corners.

Then...

In PlotMaker: I place multiple copies of the section aligned vertically and snapped to the parts between the cut line masks.

BTW Miki,

Please reference big images with the url tag rather than the img tag, so we can open them in a separate window.
The whole browser window widens to fit the image and makes the text hard to read.
Also, some members don't have broadband access and would prefer to chose whether or not to open the picture.

Next time I will make it that way. Anyway picture is gif 73.5 kb only. I hope even for dial up users it is not so bad.
