view from display limit

I need to present the wall or other elements in below story. In pic present the situation. In story 1 I would like to see the wall which lay down in story 0.
How I can see them on story 1 view?

Sorry, the images off the settings are unreadable. Here is a bigger one (for the most right). For other 2 set: OUTLINES...UNCAT LINES...SOLID LINE.
