Those lines aren't rendering anomalies, they are floating in space not and not on the surface. They appear to be 3D lines drawn by the door objects.
My guess is that you did not trim the doors as you did the walls, or, if you did, that it didn't affect the lines. I don't how SEOs deal with lines as part of a target element. Surfaces (and of course lines etc.) will not work as operators.

I did try to trim door yesterday, but somehow the door still not trim
