wire mesh wall

the most important thing to me is the transparent quality of the wall, I need to see "through" it in the model. Where do I find the "wire Fence" material?

TrussMaker will do it quite quickly.
I would not use the round profile
because of excessive polygon count,
but this should not be a problem
unless you zoom in very close.

A material with an alpha channel and a decent looking fill could be enough. I would just apply the "wire fence" material to it and call it a day.

Is there a reason you NEED to model every wire? Or just the appearance of it?

I'm looking for tips on making or a place to find a mesh wall

As Tom suggests you should use the material settings to accomplish this. For hidden line drawings (including elevations) you need to apply the appropriate fill pattern to a transparent material (make a copy of "glass" and add the fill). For rendered views you will need a transparent texture map.
