You can't,
But you can simply switch to wire frame mode in you 3D window and save out an image.

View Sets also remember the status of the 3D window. So you can save a wireframe view to a View Set to bring into Plotmaker.
That being said... the picture below is a wireframe view, saved as a DXF, opened as a library part, viewed in the 3D window and rendered with the Sketch rendering engine!
