writing bearing as in degrees and minute

How do i write degrees and minutes (bearing)


It doesn't look as if Archicad (version 8)uses windows character map. i can't access it thru archicad , or How do i write plot bearings as in 78 degrees 15 minute to boundry of a plot on the floor plan, i coudn't find any option on the text setting window

set options-preferences-working units- angle units to surveyor units.

at the data entry use d (the letter d) for degrees, ' for minutes, " for seconds.

I am unsure what you are asking but if you go to project preferences
-> dimensions->angular dimensions->unit and select surveyor's units,
this may be what you are looking for.

To get the degree symbol hold down Alt and type 0176 on the number pad.

at entering an angle numerically, you can use the 'd' for separating the degrees and the minutes in the surveyor's unit entry mode.

in a text block you should use "insert symbol" and copy paste the degree symbol in the given font's table
