Add 'COBie' Label

Could forum moderators add 'COBie' label for posts?
I think we should have it in 'Project data & BIM' and 'Collaboration with other...' forums.

Thanks

COBie is part of IFC, so I think the IFC label is enough. We need to carefully consider the creation of new Labels, as we don't want too few Labels and too many Labels either. So, for example, if we create a separate COBie Label, then we could argue that there should be other Labels within IFC or within Collaboration, like Model View Definition (MVD), Information Delivery Specification (IDS), etc., and then the number of Labels could soon get out of hand.

So, this is why I do not support the creation of a separate COBie Label.
