Error: Post Flooding

Hi whoever did / does the forum engine modifications,

I just recently got a message denying my new topic post regarding "Post Flooding". My guess is that this came about from me TRYING to make a post to the DEV sub but getting an error multiple times regarding allowed labels.

Why is this counting towards a post spam count? It does not allow you to post till you have allowable labels, yet if you do not manage to get all of your labels allowable in a few tries, you now cannot post due to spamming...
