Is there a way to generate an irregular section in GH and then use it in the column setup, instead of calling the profile in AC?

In order to be able to do that, the Grasshopper-ARCHICAD Connection would have to offer you the ability to create ARCHICAD attributes straight from Grasshopper. This is currently not possible. Let us hope it will be implemented in the future.
