Adding additional product specific information to an object, morph or item

Hello, I have built a 1.2m long concrete lintel and would like it to show in the schedule and in BIMx with the information on what it is, a 1.2m long concrete lintel.  I would like to also add a hyper link to the product to be purchased.  I have another lintel that is 1.4m long (all the way to 3.0m) and this requires different data and link. I built a metal strap as a morph and also want the details of the product to be in the schedule and hyperlinked.  Please can anyone tell me how to do this?  I have tried many ways before posting this but now i need external help.  Thank you in advance.  Keith

They are 'Properties'.

You can create/amend them with the Property Manager.

Each Property needs to be made available for particular classifications (or it can be all classifications).

You then assign a classification to each element.

Once an element has been classified with a particular classification, you will see in the element settings all of the properties now available to that element because of that classification (in the classification and properties section of the element settings).

You can now give values to those properties for that element.

No hyper-links in Archicad.

The best you can do is to type the entire web address in full as text, and then when you publish that as a PDF, it should act as a link.

See this post from just the other day.

And there was another 2 weeks ago.

It may be a good idea to search a little first before posting a question.

There is a lot of information already in these forums.
