Archicad crashing when opening "Surfaces"

Hello!

I've been having the same issue ever since starting to learn archicad, and the same problem appears with each document. Whenever I try to open the Surfaces menu from Element Attributes, the menu opens for a few seconds and then the app crashes. It only happens when trying to open this menu.

What could be the problem and how could I fix this?

Your signatures says Windows 11.  But, what version and build number of Archicad - Help > About... ?

What license type - professional, EDU, etc?  Solo project or Teamwork?

I am using archicad 26, build 3001 INT EDU and only used solo projects

Do a check for updates.   Build 3001 is the initial release and will have bugs… many updates since then with bug fixes.  Latest build is 7004.
