Auto information on sheets (master sheet key plans)

Not applicable
I created various key plans for elevations, sections and plans that relate to specific sheets. That way the marker elevations and sections automatically show around the keyplans on their relative sheets. The graphic background information comes up as expected but the section/elevation markers around the plans do no follow through. Instead of the correct sheet number and drawing number showing up within the marker I see a number symbol. Is the standard drawing method to place an individual key plan on every sheet or is there a method that allows the information placed on a master sheet to show automatically on every sheet its assigned to?

Unfortunately, Marker Objects paced on Masters cannot indicate actual Layout / Drawing Information. The only way to do this is to place the Markers on each individual Layout sheet.

Wait -- I'm confused -- I thought Markers couldn't be placed on Layouts?

I think he means he has say a "keyplan showing section markers" view in the model file for insertion in all his A-300 sheets, and is bringing that drawing into the master. (Neat idea having all the individual keyplans predefined in the template by the way.)

Bringing those keyplans into the master forces you to have masters for section sheets different from the masters for plan sheets different from the masters for elevation sheets etc., so I think it would be better to place each 'key plan showing whatever' drawing into the individual layouts, but other than that the section marker should display with no problem in both master and servant, right?

Also, I suspect this may be somehow related to Model View Options > Options for Construction Elements ---> Show Section Markers: (As in Settings, Normal, Key Plan), but I don't know because I never really used keyplans. Just my 2 c of confusion.
