Simple - placing a CMU wall in Archicad 28
The CMU wall for the plan is WRONG -
The CMU should be crosshatched.
As delivered, the wall shows as brick.
(Hint. CMU is crosshatched.) Why are the basic elements not correct
Operating system used: Windows 28

Here is what we have in our template for a CMU and Structural Brick and Brick Veneer
Need to add CMU with solid filled core
CMU version with each for split-faced Block
Then some thick dots to show the centerline for rebar
The "old school" reality was to make it so that someone with a first-grade education could see what they were building.

I just opened the INT-template in AC28 and it does look like it's crosshatched as per default.
In your first screenshot - is there a Renovation Filter or Graphic Override that messes things up?

In 28. It is hatched not crosshatched a brick must be hatched only. 28 is also incorrect on brick

That might just be like that in the USA default template, or maybe your own default template.
I am assuming you would have your own template rather than using the default GS one?
Just change it in your template and the problem is solved.
Your template should be set up exactly as you want it, don't rely on some default from GS (or anyone else).
