Attached is a screenshot of the door legend.
How to make doors D2 and D3 show as line work (without solid hatch) in the door legend without changing the doors' assigned material?

You can set up a Graphic Override to override all of the fills associated with the door to be white or transparent and then save the Schedule as a View in the Project Map and apply that Graphic Override to the saved View.
