Document transmittal Tool

Is the following CI object still available, or something very similar;  Document Transmittal Form #1990 under my select benefits Archicad 23 Essential library?   Be fab if it was, we need a transmittal form showing a record of previous issues and who they are issued to.  However it is not in our 23 essentials library and I can’t find it on the CI website to download?
