Element ID Manager.

Anyone knows why sometimes the Element ID Manager can't change the ID's of the objects/walls/ etc? I have checked the manual several times and I seem to be doing everything right, but still some objects will be unavailable? And what turns the Storey on?
You would have to show us the exact situation, preferably with some screen shots.
There must be some special situation there, like the element is locked or its layer is locked or it is part of a Module or something.
