Hotlinks Deleting W&Doors

Hi all
I am having issues with windows & doors being removed from a project each time i update my Hotlinked files to my main project.

I have and apartment project with seven Hotlinked instances of the apartment HL into my project. I also have one odd apartment which is drawn normally these are the windows & doors are being removed from.

This project worked fine as a 3d model file but now it is at working drawing stage and is giving me a head ache. Any help or suggestions will be much appreciated.

Check your libraries - it looks like the libraries loaded for the modules are not the same as the ones loaded with the master file.
