How to Transfer Zones Categories from one pla to another?

Hi,
How does one transfer Zone Categories from one pla file to another. Attribute Manager does not do it and creating a templet does not help existing pln or templet files, any thoughts?

attribute manager DOES it.

of course not between pla-s but between projects opened,

save the att files, and open from attribute manager when the other project is open.
